The driver's core specifications are engineered for robustness and precision. It features a powerful 10A peak source/sink current capability, enabling it to drive power switches rated up to 2121V. Its superior isolation performance supports a continuous 1.5kVRMS working voltage, with a surge immunity of 12.8kVPK and a guaranteed isolation barrier lifespan of over 40 years.
